We have been helping our parents with their sheep since we were old enough to walk and have now decided it is time to start our own flock.  So in 2008 Mom and Dad gave us each a ewe lamb, we applied for our own flock ID number and Jordan seems to purchase a few ewe lambs at the Canadian Western Agribition Show and Sale each year.  We are now up to eight registered ewes that are all bred to lamb in 2010 and we are hoping for lots of females to build our flock!

We have also been in the show ring with our parents since they started to show back in 2002 and have plans to show our own animals at the 15th Anniversary Show and Sale of Katahdins at the November 2010 CWA.  Mom and Dad have let us breed our ewes to some of their Champion Rams so hopefully we will have some nice lambs to show!
